SOISU began with a broken promise. Furnishing a new family home in Worli, our co-founder Rohan Shah bought an imported bed through an agent, on a promise of flawless quality and doorstep service. Within six months it failed — and there was no factory to call and no one accountable.
So we built a furniture house that works the other way. You adapt the piece to your home, approve the drawing and specification before we build, and receive your ready-by date in writing. Our own team delivers it, installs it and comes back when it needs attention. What we promise, we put in writing.

The Problem
Furniture in India is sold
on spoken promises.
Three promises every buyer hears, and few ever see on paper:
SOISU sells on written ones. We began, as most of India's premium market did, by importing finished furniture. As India's BIS quality rules for furniture arrived, we moved our production and assembly from China to India. Our pieces are now designed with global partners and assembled in India by SOISU, from materials sourced worldwide — and every promise we make about them goes in writing.
The Approach
Standard
Bespoke.
We call it Standard Bespoke: a collection designed to be adapted. You change the size, configuration, material and finish within what each piece allows, approve it on paper, and receive an itemised quote. Anything beyond the collection is quoted separately as a design commission.
Available at our Experience Centre in Prabhadevi, Mumbai, with delivery and installation by our own team across India.

What you approve is what arrives
You adapt the piece to your home, then approve a signed drawing and specification before we build. At handover, our team checks the piece against what you approved.
02 · Written Commitment 02
Your ready-by date, in writing
Every order carries a ready-by date on paper, not a verbal estimate. When a customer's home isn't ready, we plan delivery around them.
03 · Written Commitment 03
We come back
After-sales is handled by SOISU's own team, not an agent. Every piece carries a 2-year warranty, on the terms written in your order.
04 · Written Commitment 04
Held free until your home is ready
If a customer's home isn't ready when the furniture is, SOISU holds it free for up to 30 days, then delivers when they are ready.
