Promise 01
Standard Bespoke
Every SOISU piece has been designed once, with obsessive precision, tested across Indian conditions and refined before it reaches your home. You choose fabric, finish and size within ±15% — but the engineering decisions have already been made. No quality risk. No timeline drift.
Promise 02
Italian Materials. Indian Engineering.
Full-grain Italian leather. Kiln-dried hardwood frames. High-density European foam. Every material is selected and treated for Indian humidity cycles, 42°C summers and monsoon conditions — engineered to last 15–25 years, not 3.
Promise 03
QC-Photographed Before Dispatch
Every piece is photographed at our packing station before it leaves the workshop. The QC photo is shared with you on the day we ship. One-way — no live call, no scheduling, no back-and-forth. The unit you see in the photo is the unit that arrives.
Promise 04
Razorpay-Secured Payments
100% prepaid via Razorpay — UPI, cards, no-cost EMI (6 and 9-month). RBI-regulated, PCI-DSS compliant. The same payment infrastructure used by Tata, Reliance and Adani. No COD on custom orders — keeps prices honest and the operation clean.
Promise 05
1-Year Warranty + Lifetime at-Cost Service
Every SOISU piece carries a 1-year structural warranty covering the frame and any manufacturing defect. Beyond that, SOISU is committed to support its products at cost — joint tightening, foam replacement, leather conditioning, mechanism service — for the life of the piece.
Promise 06
White-Glove Delivery
Our trained delivery team disassembles legs and feet for transit, transports in cushioned vehicles, then reassembles in your room. We level, align and tighten every joint before we leave. Pan-India delivery; Mumbai delivery included with orders ≥₹50,000.
The Timeline
From brief to delivery — and beyond.
Day 0
WhatsApp the team or visit the Prabhadevi flagship. Share photos, room dimensions, fabric preferences.
Day 1–3
Receive a Standard Bespoke proposal — model recommendations, fabric swatches couriered free anywhere in India.
Day 7
Confirm spec. 50% deposit via Razorpay reserves the production slot. Final fabric and finish locked.
Day 28
Production complete. QC photography shared with you. Balance 50% on dispatch.
Day 32–35
Mumbai delivery within 3–5 working days. White-glove install. Pan-India delivery 5–10 working days.
Year 1+
Annual condition visit (complimentary for first 3 years). Lifetime at-cost service for the life of the piece.
