Custom-made at our Mumbai workshop
Your piece is hand-finished at our Prabhadevi workshop using full-grain Italian leather or premium fabric on kiln-dried hardwood frames. Quality is inspected before dispatch — no shortcuts.
Dispatch & tracking
Your furniture is packed securely and dispatched with a logistics partner. Our team shares the tracking details with you over WhatsApp and checks in before delivery.
White-glove delivery & installation
Our team delivers to your home, carries the furniture inside, places it in the room of your choice, assembles if needed, does a quality check, and removes all packaging. You receive a full warranty card at this point.

Yes. Delivery to additional cities can be arranged on request.
How long does SOISU furniture delivery take?
Every SOISU piece is custom-made to order at our Mumbai workshop, so lead times are 21–28 days for Mumbai and 28–35 days for all other Indian cities. Rush orders may be possible for select pieces — WhatsApp our team to check availability.
Is delivery free for SOISU furniture?
Delivery within Mumbai is completely free and includes white-glove installation. For other cities across India, delivery charges depend on the piece and destination — your sales consultant will include the exact delivery cost in your quotation. All deliveries include professional placement and basic installation.
What is white-glove delivery?
SOISU white-glove delivery means our trained team brings your furniture inside your home, places it in the room of your choice, assembles it if required, and does a quick quality inspection before leaving. We also remove all packaging material. This service is standard for all Mumbai deliveries and is available for pan-India deliveries on request.
Can I buy SOISU furniture without visiting the showroom?
Yes. Many customers outside Mumbai place their full order remotely. The process is: (1) Browse the collection and shortlist pieces on soisu.com, (2) WhatsApp our team to request fabric swatches, (3) Video call with a SOISU consultant for sizing and colour advice, (4) Place the order with a 50% advance, and (5) Balance payment on delivery. Our team handles everything from Mumbai.
