All models use full-grain leather and wall-hugger frames.

What is a power recliner?+
A power recliner uses an electric motor (typically 12V or 24V) to adjust the back, footrest, and headrest positions at the touch of a button. Unlike manual recliners that use a pull-handle mechanism, power recliners offer smooth, continuous adjustment and are especially beneficial for elderly users or people with mobility limitations.
Are power recliners reliable in India?+
Premium power recliners with German or European motors rated for 5,000+ cycles and 45°C operating temperatures are reliable in India. SOISU uses motors rated for Indian voltage conditions (220–240V) with a 5-year motor warranty. Budget power recliners with lower-spec motors (1,000-cycle rating) are prone to failure within 2–3 years under Indian usage patterns and temperature conditions.
What is a 3-motor recliner?+
A 3-motor recliner has three independent motors controlling the headrest, backrest, and footrest/leg section separately. This allows you to adjust each part independently — for example, raising the footrest while keeping the back upright, or tilting the headrest forward without changing the back angle. Single-motor recliners move the back and footrest together in a linked motion.
What is a wall-hugger recliner?+
A wall-hugger recliner slides forward on its base as it reclines, so the backrest moves away from the wall rather than into it. This allows the recliner to be placed as little as 5–8 cm from a wall in the upright position — critical for Mumbai and Delhi apartment living rooms where every centimetre of clearance matters.
